日本某电子公司RPA案例分享

日本某电子公司,迄今已有百余年历史,其业务范围涵盖数码产品、电子设备、家用电器、半导体制造等领域。

闪存制造是该公司利润最丰厚的部门。在生产存储器过程中,每个制作出来的闪存都需要在母公司系统中进行注册。而闪存制造流程对精细化程度有很高的要求,容不得半点数据错误。但人工处理数据不仅耗时费力,还容易出错。

为了解决这一问题,该公司建立了RPA卓越中心(COE),决定通过部署RPA机器人,来处理闪存制造过程中那些繁琐、复杂、有明确规则的任务。

实施RPA前

1.员工需要手动搜集闪存数据,对数据进行审核,并编辑整理数据信息,最后将数据提交到系统中进行注册。

2.闪存注册工作量巨大,人工手动操作效率低且易出错,严重影响生产效率。

实施RPA后

1.RPA通过设定好的地址,自动搜集数据并审核,再交由人工进行二次审核,以确保数据完全准确。确认之后,RPA将自动把数据注册到系统当中。

2.RPA成了员工的好搭档,机器人可以7×24小时全天候工作,大大提升工作效率,减轻员工工作量,还能保证数据处理结果100%正确。

实施效果

该公司的闪存制造部门,通过部署RPA机器人,将闪存注册时间缩短了50%,且成本降低了近一半。

此外,RPA还帮助该部门实现了20多项业务流程的自动化,每年节约工时40,000小时,大大降低了人力成本。

今后,公司还计划根据实际业务情况,将RPA扩展到其他部门,以帮助整个公司释放产能、提升效益。

The RPA Case of Light Manufacturing: A Japanese electronic company 

A Japanese electronic company has a history of more than 100 years, and its business scope covers digital product, electronic equipment, domestic appliance, semiconductor manufacturing and other fields.

The most profitable division is the flash memory manufacturing division in the company. In the process of producing memory, each produced flash memory needs to be registered in the parent system of the company. Flash memory manufacturing process requires a high degree of refinement, thus, any data errors are intolerable. But manual data processing is time-consuming, labor-intensive and error-prone.

In order to solve the problem, the company established the RPA Center of Excellence (COE) and decided to deploy RPA robots to deal with the cumbersome, complex and well-defined tasks in the flash memory manufacturing process.

Before deploying RPA

1. After receiving customer orders by email, the employees should enter the order data into Excel and make a customer contact letter.

2. The employees adopt different order contract templates according to different customers. After the manual input is completed, they would be converted into PDF format and sent to the customers by email.

After deploying RPA

1. After receiving the order email, RPA can automatically read the order information through OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and make a customer contact letter.

2. After identified the customer code through the program, RPA can automatically select the corresponding order contract template, then, entering the information and then convert it to PDF, and finally send it to the customer by mail.

Deployment Effect

By deploying RPA robots, the flash memory manufacturing department of the company has reduced flash memory registration time by 50%, so the costs have been cut by nearly half. Furthermore, RPA havealso helped the department to automate more than 20 business processes, which saved 40,000 work hoursa year and greatly reduced labor costs.

In the future, the company plans to expand the deployment of RPA to other departments according to the actual business situation to release capacity and improve efficiency for the company.
